The dessert section, ‘For the sweet tooth’, has many sweet
sandwiches. This section includes many unique sandwiches like apple-cheese, banana,
ice cream sandwich etc. The combination of fruits , spices and cheese or
butter, honey or the type of sugar to be used is very diligently decided upon
to bring out the best flavors.
Café Ambroisie also serves coffee as dessert; jelly with
chipped cream/ice cream is based on jelly made with coffee. It is an out of
world experience; you have to eat it to believe it!!
