Recipe of sandwich treat at Café Ambroisie –Koramangala , Bangalore

Ingredients

2 slices bread

3 tbsps sweet corn kernels

1 fresh jalapeno

8 slices pickled jalapeno

1tbsp mayonnaise

Cheese

1tsp butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Boil sweet corn with water and drain. Deseed the jalepeno and chop. Mix sweet corn kernels and jalapenos with mayonnaise and keep aside.

Grill bread and spread butter.

On each slice of bread spread the corn and jalapenos mixture. Grate cheese over this . Sprinkle salt and pepper. Lay pickled jalapenos.

Grill in oven for 4-5 minutes till the cheese melts.

Halve the bread slices , serve with fresh salad
